Not so sure about the hotel in Sri lanka sounds a bit scary but love the sound of a japanese room what are the walls made of, in the films they look like paper and do you have a bed? You ate SUSHI nice………..

Grandads meal went ok and he loved his tom tom and watch and wine x

oh im glad grandads meal went well- was he still surprised or did i ruin it? has neil given you the money i put towards it? the japanese room is really nice- it does have paper windows and wicker floor- jut as we have seen on films. we have a bed that has been made up of lots of thick duvet kind of things and is really comfortable. yes we had battered fish and raw fish (see post) and it was really nice- really fresh!
the sri lanka hotel was nice – on the indian ocean and apart from not being able to take any photos it was really ncie- oh and all the people trying to make us give them money was a little annoying! The weather here is cloudy but hot and today it rained a little bit.
    see you soon

Well, finally got this reply page to work. Ha!! Are you not surprised?
I’m glad to see your absorbing the traditional Japanese culture, exploring the electric shitters ect.

I love the flush button that make a noise to cover up any embarrassing noises while you’re contemplating your next move. Mum said 30 second flush noises are great, but do they have any that last for a minute and a half. I loved the picture of the Japanese shoes; I think you should have put on a tu-tu well to add the finishing touch.

When you say Mc shitters in Mc Donald’s are you sure they are toilets, they might be store rooms for their raw meat, because the last time I ate at Mc Donald’s it tasted very similar to one of their 30 second flushes..

The people on the trains look cool all lined up sleeping, WOW, looks pretty exciting, with all this technology in Japan they may have video screen on the inside of their eye lids.

The grey haired man in the metro who was standing close to you, He is so close it looks as if he is wanting to invade more than just your personal space, Mmmm .

Now, green tea flavoured Ice cream, are you sure?

The Fuji climb sounds awesome, looking forward to seeing the photos.

Take care you two, and look forward to your next posting.
By the way, what was Tash photographing when she dropped your camera down the toilet, Mmmmm again I’m very very confused. Perhaps it was just a quick flash in the pan.

Be careful and will look out for the next enthralling episode, bye for now 

haha well it wasnt really the toile bu tht etoilet flush bucket- they had a bucket of bleach which you manually pour a spoonfull into the toilet to flush as they dont have plumping on the mountain and it must have slipped out of her pocket as she lifted up her poncho. but it’s cool- we’re in the right place to buy a new camera- i can get one of those crazy sile detecting ones now!

From Mum & dadsan, well done you to, that was quite an accomplishment.
It sounds a real ordeal, not what most people would call a restful holiday, but what a tonic to say that you have conquered Mt Fuji. I take my hat off to you both. Hope your simm card is ok from the camera that was dropped in the crapper. Was Tash trying to take a picture of the loo, or just going through the motions 

With Mr Fujisan behind you, you can enjoy the rest of your holiday at your leisure.
Tash how did you hold up against blister, I do hope you didn’t put Shawisan to shame.
Mum has just told me you have put part two up, so I’m going to read that bit now.
Take care guys Love mum & dad..XX

What dramatic pictures above the clouds, totally unparalleled. It looks like they have been taken from an aircraft. The air must be a bit thin up there witch is probably why Tash was suffering with her asthma.

Adding a coin to the Shinto gate, Mmmmm I know that look, put it back. I would feel really excited also at finding a load of cash hanging on a post…

The sunrise is totally AWSOM, it almost looks as if your about to enter another world. Loved the man pose made me chuckle. Where is the girly pose though with Tash?

The picture of Tash at the top, its spectacular, it looks as if she is about to introduce us to god himself, what a view..

Well what a relief it must have been to get to the bottom, looking at the last picture of part Two makes me feel exhausted just reading it, it must have felt good to be back down in the world of civilisation. Great Blog really enjoyed it. We are looking forward to the next chapter.

Get a good scoff and rest, Take care you two.
    Love M & D XX
